I think this is a great means of quickly outsourcing your work and I definately plan to use this in the near future. I think once this site grows and their list of stuff is a bit more substantial - currently around 170 items - this will be a great source of potential work for entrepreneurs and the like. The design is nicely simple and from a design point of view, I like the way the header is fluid whilst the content is fixed-width. Neat.

The payment method is quite cool too. They have an ‘escrow’ setup whereby the guys who need the work, pay into an escrow account, to which the service provider has access to view if the money has been paid or not. This is a great method of ensuring payment and building trust. A great feature that shows good forethought. All in all, a very useful web application.
